  4. (the "Software"), you are hereby agreeing to the

  8. This disk contains printer drivers for the following
  9. Panasonic printers:

  11. Panasonic KX-P1124i *
  12. Panasonic KX-P2624  *
  13. Panasonic KX-P4450  *
  14. Panasonic KX-P445Oi *
  15. Panasonic KX-P2180
  16. Panasonic KX-P2123
  17. Panasonic KX-P2124

  19. * currently included as part of Microsoft's Windows 3.1

  23. Installing a Printer Driver
  24. ---------------------------------
  25. 1.  In the Main group, choose the Control Panel
  26.     icon.
  27.  
  28. 2.  In Control Panel, choose the Printers icon.
  29.  
  30.     The Printers dialog box appears. If you have
  31.     never installed a printer, the dialog box
  32.     expands to display a list of printers available
  33.     in the Windows version 3.1 package, and the Add
  34.     button is unavailable. Go to step 8.
  35.  
  36. 3.  Choose the Add button.
  37.  
  38.     The dialog box expands to display the List Of
  39.     Printers.
  40.  
  41. 4.  In the List Of Printers box, select Install
  42.     Unlisted or Updated Printer.
  43.  
  44. 5.  Choose the Install button.
  45.  
  46.     A dialog box appears, instructing you to insert
  47.     the disk that has the printer-driver file on it.
  48.  
  49. 6.  Insert the disk you made during the downloading
  50.     procedure, or type the path of the directory
  51.     where you downloaded the driver. Then choose the
  52.     OK button.
  53.  
  54.     Another dialog box appears, listing several
  55.     printers.
  56.  
  57. 7.  In the List Of Printers box, select the printer
  58.     you want.
  59.  
  60. 8.  Choose the OK button.
  61.  
  62.     The Printers dialog box appears. Your printer is
  63.     listed in the Installed Printers list.
  64.  
  65. 9.  Choose the Close button.
  66.  
  67. 10. For instructions on how to configure your
  68.     printer, see Chapter 5, "Control Panel," in the
  69.     "Microsoft Windows User's Guide."

  72. Updating the Universal Printer Driver (UNIDRV.DLL)
  73. --------------------------------------------------
  74. The Windows Driver Library includes the most current
  75. version of the Universal Printer Driver.  To update
  76. UNIDRV.DLL:
  77.  
  78. 1  Change to the disk or directory to which you
  79.    downloaded.
  80.  
  81. 2  At the MS-DOS prompt, type:
  82.  
  83.       copy unidrv.dll <path>
  84.  
  85.    where <path> is the drive and directory containing
  86.    your existing unidrv.dll file.
  87.  
  88. This overwrites your existing UNIDRV.DLL file. 
  89.
